To start, we will have only 1 provider in the office utilizing all 5 treatment rooms. We have created a system where clients will call/text us from the parking lot on a separate cell phone, so that there will very little time in the waiting room. However, we have also made changes to the waiting room so that as we get busier, people will still be 6 feet apart and safe in that space.
We are starting with reduced operation hours for full treatment room cleaning between every client. One of our staff will be working with the sole responsibility of cleaning and sanitizing all common contact areas such as waiting room, door knobs, bathrooms, light switches etc.
Providers and our staff will be wearing masks at all times and again have been trained in proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
To schedule a visit, you can either call the office at 775-2059 or schedule online by using the menu options above or button below.
We encourage you to schedule online if you can, to cut back on the amount of calls coming in. This week our staff is in the office M-F from approximately 10AM – 3PM. We appreciate your patience in understanding we have limited appointments right now but plan to expand the schedule in the coming weeks.
Please read these safety guidelines prior to scheduling:
- Please wear a face mask into the office. Cloth masks are fine. We have a limited amount of masks so if you don’t have access to a face mask or forget yours we will provide you one.
- When you make an appointment we will give you a cell phone number to call/text and our support staff will let you know the protocol to enter our office. We will have plenty of hand sanitizers and wipes.
- We will have consent form for you sign when entering so please bring your own pen. If you forget a pen, we will have sanitized pens available.
